Jackie I'm sure you will do just as well if not better, I found trying to diet on my own didn't work, I go with a friend from ork, we support each other, I find that helps a lot to have a slimming buddy, good luck. Bev |

Hiya Wendy how are you long time no see, but last year we were supposed to come for a visit hubby went and had a heart attack didn't he, men what are we supposed to do with them??? This year we were playing catch up with finances after his time off work then when he went back it was only part time for the next 5 months, and we had to save up to go to France this year, but next summer we should be able to get there for a long weekend, so I will let you know, and maybe we could meet up again. Bev that is fantastic! The slimmest I have been in recent years is just under 1o stone 1 week after baby no. 4. I was preety thin as a lot of my weight is in the errr chest region! Not 10 stone now though! Caz xxxxxxxx |
