I have been going to weight watchers for the last few months now, and feeling very proud, I have gone from a size 16 down to a size 12..... *big grin* Bev |

Hubby is trying to loose weight but not doing quite so well, I think he would do better going to something like weight watchers. I'm only a little over weight but maybe I'll suggest we go together, might make him ok about going. Fiona. x |

Thanx every one, Jill the trousers that I had on in France are getting a bit loose on me now, see lost a bit more now. Going with some one is the way to do it, I go with a friend from work, and knowing you have some one with you does help, you can't slip up so easy. I am a 47 year old with some mobility problems, and can't go to the local gym, as this would agrivate my problem, I was feeling very frumpy, but not now, I feel like a new woman, and hubby says I feel like a new woman...pmsl Bev |

Sunny you always put weight on when you stop smoking, but the good news is, it will go again. Roxanne wanna meet up some time next year we ARE comming to Spain for definate this time, I can explain why we didn't this year when we get there. Bev |
