but my forgetfullness is embarresing , i will see a doc but was wondering how many others near my age are the same before i go. ie; talking to close friends and forget there name , appointments, get up to do something and forget what it was, stuff in oven, lots more but cant remember lol. thanks puss xxx |

I'm 41 and exactly the same. I have moments when I get quite worried about it, but on the whole it's quite funny! lol I really don't think this hobby heps though. Half the time I'm trying to work out little puzzles about my tree in my head, so I forget what I'm supposed to be doing! |

The answer I hear is to stop multitasking Its apparently because we are juggling kids work homes and all sorts of other things in between. either that or I have a serious problem as well. whenever I forget something from the shop I just congratulate myself that I remembered to bring home all of my children Regards Tania(just turned 40) |
