O Puss! I turned 52 this year, my head is like a colander!!! I have many 'senior' moments at any time of day or night. It's soooo frustrating......I also find myself saying things out loud that I really should've kept in my head!!.....lol ;-))

The answer I hear is to stop multitasking Its apparently because we are juggling kids work homes and all sorts of other things in between. either that or I have a serious problem as well. whenever I forget something from the shop I just congratulate myself that I remembered to bring home all of my children Regards Tania(just turned 40)
