hi lynn, a walk is good! but i usually put on my jon bonjovi REALLY LOUD, and it really does the trick. Whooah, we're half way there Livin' on a prayer Take my hand and we'll make it - I swear Livin' on a prayer bryan.

I either turn my music up high or plough into cleaning and clean for the sake of it........makes me feel better though! x

I go down to the coast-where there are no tourists(secret,sorry!) and sit watching mother nature,come home and put Bee Gees happier songs on full blast,sing along! Lynda in Cyprus
