Clean something, sort something else or trot off into town where no-one knows you , and wont notice you . Then buy yourself treat - I buy silly socks! they dont cost the earth and when i put them on I can usually thnk 'well, It got better ' or 'I got over it' ( Ps.Yes ,I have a huge collection of socks!!)
