I love this heat, we don't eat as much, but I think it's because we fill up with all the extra drinks we have.

:-)

Yes Ann - a salad is enough when we'd usually have a cooked evening meal. And it's too hot to cook!

Next door neighbours are having a bbq at this moment - I'm in my greenhouse (well, I was a couple of mins ago) and my tastebuds were being right tickled I tell you. I've come in for a little drinkie instead ;-)

Salmon, new potatoes and salad in about an hour. Gotta catch up with me 'orticultural h'activities while it's a bit cooler :-)

I lead such an exciting life, don't I? 'im indoors is down the pub. We meet occasionally on the stairs :-D

I seem to eat steadily through tornados, deaths, hurricanes, heatwaves and other disasters in life! :-D :-D <3

We had salmon but I had a very small portion. When abroad I don't have a problem with the heat but I do find this a bit oppressive. Having said that I would rather have hot and sunny than cold and dull.

KittytheLearnerCook

KittytheLearnerCook Report 9 Jul 2013 21:07

No-cookable......I like it, plus the allotment is supplying masses of radishes, mixed lettuce, beetroot, chard, spinach, new potatoes and strawberries at the moment :-)
