"What are the treatment options for water (fluid) retention?

Treatment for water retention depends on several factors, including whether it is being caused by leaky capillary walls. If it is, then it is not generally possible to prescribe diuretics, because they may do more harm than good. Diuretics are more likely to be used if the water retention is caused by something else, such as heart or kidney disease. "

NB always check with a doctor before using, even 'safe' herbal medications.

Good slimming weather - difficult to eat solid food.

Drinking lots of fluid may result in water retention and bloating - some oldies may need herbal water balance tabs - perfect solution found my ankles again.

We had salmon but I had a very small portion. When abroad I don't have a problem with the heat but I do find this a bit oppressive. Having said that I would rather have hot and sunny than cold and dull.
