I did lose well over 2 stone but it has crept back on a bit, since leaving here I have been immobile after yet another foot op so have put weight on! I am back on the diet as soon as my foot allows me to get that rowing machine out :-) Hello Lyndi :-)

	Errol I have no tips for jogging lol, but I do think it would be quite hard to job for me to jog with crutches :-S
