	Hello Carol and thank you for the welcome back :-D Errol I have a wheelchair lol I don't fancy going around in a bathchair! :-0 Roy, I do love that song lol :-D The shoes are in memory of what I can longer wear due to having bad feet :-( I do like the look of them though, they are beautiful :-)

	Errol I have no tips for jogging lol, but I do think it would be quite hard to job for me to jog with crutches :-S

	Hello Prickles and thank you for the welcome :-) Hello Joeva Thank you ...............Don't mention the diet lol,. I did lose well over 2 stone but it has crept back on a bit, since leaving here I have been immobile after yet another foot op so have put weight on! I am back on the diet as soon as my foot allows me to get that rowing machine out :-) Hello Lyndi :-)
