Please can we have posiive thoughts for the above who have both been cursed with a sense of humour - it's hereditary like ginger hair - nothing we can do yet we are being villified on these boards - both been rr'd along with other likeminded members - this discrimination must be stamped out

Well Ann, I've already thrown my hand in....very messy :-D

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 23 May 2012 10:44

that's the main problem with leprosy - bits keep falling off!!!!

Allan

Allan Report 23 May 2012 10:44

I suppose that lepers can't change their spots?

Mads

Mads Report 23 May 2012 10:54

Sending condolences for having to live with such an ailment, is it catching?? :-D

Rambling Report 23 May 2012 11:00

Ann it is a shame your surname isn't Flanagan....then you and your 'partner in crime' could be 'Flanagan and Allan' :-D

TeresaW

TeresaW Report 23 May 2012 11:00

I must be immune, some of my posts deserved to be RRd, as I spoke my mind...

So...the conclusion is, forget humour, speak your mind instead...that gets ignored LOLOL

*disinfects thread* (Uh oh, is that medical? waits to be RRd)

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 23 May 2012 11:03

it's very contageous and positively incurable - we just have to live with it :-D

Lynski Report 23 May 2012 11:11

Positive thoughts to you both - I love your sense of humour!

Allan

Allan Report 23 May 2012 11:14

The problem with my sense of humour is that my humour doesn't make sense.

Well in the very depths of my twisted, tortuous, mind it does and I did identify all those ink blots as bats correctly.

It's just a slight problem that they were showing me pictures of pancakes at the time

Positive thoughts to you both from me too!!...
Whats been happening, all l have seen is the Vaseline threads lst post has gone. PM me if necessary :))

jude :-)

Jude, Muffy had a thread up asking about rapeseed as she is suffering badly with the pollen. Joy suggested using Vaseline up the nostril to prevent the pollen getting in.

Now this is advice given clearly on the NHS Direct website, so in the public domain...but someone decided it was not suitable for GR...(probably twisted it to make out it was medical advice) and RR'd it.

Allan then put a thread up about Vaseline, nothing horrible in it, but that was quickly RRd and the thread grew from there.

But it's brought the humour back to the boards, so they 'mystery' RR-er shot themselves in the foot this time. :-D :-D :-D

Allan

Allan Report 23 May 2012 11:21

Jude, you'd have to wade through the entire ten pages of the thread, but numerous posters received RR's whilst contributing to it. It is actually a very humorous thread, despite some person's opinion to the contrary :-)

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 23 May 2012 11:27

do join in Jude - innuendo welcomed!!!! :-D :-D :-D

Allan

Allan Report 23 May 2012 11:34

Actually, Ann, on reflection, we could turn the other thread into a competition.

Only those posters who get RR'd can go on to the Grand Final. There can be no allegations of bias as we will have a truly independent judge

TeresaW

TeresaW Report 23 May 2012 11:37

Well it's not like I haven't TRIED to get RR'd...mostly because I don't care any more...and I've been ignored...

I'd have thought my TCP would have been RR'd at least!

:-D :-D :-D :-D :-D
