	What a shock, sad at such a young age - he should have had years more to live. I wasn't a huge fan of the Monkees but they gave a lot of pleasure to many and he always looked so well on interviews and such. May he rest in peace Lizx

	I have just seen on the news, how sad and he was no age. I loved watching the Monkeys in the school summer holidays. I love their music, even my 13 year old knows who they are. I have the cd in my car. Teresa

	I loved Davy Jones, used to swoon and sigh at the telly when the Monkees were on. Mind I was only 7 or so. Sad news :-(
