It's bad enough getting tests done in hospital for various
ailments, but waiting for the results is an absolute torture
for me. Last month had an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy
done and samples taken for biopsy tests, was at GPs
yesterday and happy to say that all is clear, but oh the
wait for results is such a worry.
Anyone else like me on this?

Well done on getting clear results.

It is worrying - have been there a few times!

Now you can stop worrying and enjoy life :-)

waiting for my appt. for that one to come in Ann, think because of my age
I may have to request one. OH says it natural for us women to worry,
suppose in a way he is right, still these tests need to be done, worry or
not.

Glad all is well, Emma :-) You are right, the waiting is the worst part. I am having constant battles with the hospital I attend as they take their time in sending my results, and of course you always imagine the worst, don't you!

BC couldn't have said it better myself. :-)

Think cause I've had so much done last year
and to date, enough is enough, onwards and
upwards. :-)

Had a colonoscopy & ultra sound in July in a tiny hospital here in Spain.
Was told to rest for half an hour afterwards while I waited for the doctor to come with the results & was given breakfast while I waited!!!!
All over & done with in less than 3 hours from start to finish & I was able to go home very relieved.
I had only waited 10 days for the appointment.
Really pleased for you Goldengirl.
