Mildred have you coded naughty messages in your posting? What other reason could there be? Havee GR lost their common sense and would they concentrate on my being able to use the General Chat without a lot of hassel - took me 6 minutes tonight

Suzanne Mildred post a thread thanking GR for her 30 credits and as I said I would of never of noticed mine if it wasnt for the thread at somepoint the green eyed monster appeared and threw their toys out of the pram :-(

i was greatful for mine i found a family secret
i found my dad had a sister who died as late as 1987
and not one member of this family has ever mentioned her name
maybe they dont know about her to
she was born in 1911 and in wedlock and died 1987
so why such a secret

Getting very peeeeee'd off with the error messages. Can't update my profile which is all wrong, and couldn't add info to my tree last night.
Much as some free credits would be nice, I'd prefer GR to just sort out the problems once and for all.

I am still very cross, I was trying to get on all through that time and have had nothing.

Which membership do you have? It might be that standard members get credits and gold/platinum (or whatever it is) get three free days as they already have access to records on GR.

I got 30 free credits which are no use as I have FMP.

Seems I can contact another member for 30 credits! Hmmmm, dip dip dip LOL

I have gold -so indeed credits wouldn't have helped.

So looks like only a dozen people or so were affected for days by the lack of paid service for this site and have been rewarded!

how come so many were complaining they couldnt use it.?

GR are not playing by good customer relationship.

Jolly cross as no freebies coming my way! Mind you I didn't even notice GR was behaving badly so I suppose it's only fair as I was not discommoded! BCXX

I have contacted support to complain about the way this has been handled. Customer relations??? What/where?

l did'nt complain to GR, but l added on threads that l was getting errors and it was slow. So do l qualify for free bee's??

I actually put a thread up complaining that I was giving up because of the problems.

Have you been in touch with GR about it Ann. I didn't do anything but 30 credits just appeared out of the blue on the line where my name is . I don't actually use GR for tracing family, always Anc****ry.
It might be worth having a word with them about why it's so slow and you never know they might give you some credits
