If you have such problem feet you should be referred to the Appliances dept of the hospital and have some fitted. It doesnt cost you anything. Have a go at your GP. If you are diabetic, the diabetes DR that you see. |

Copydex is a glue... rubber based so be careful if you are allergic. |

Hi Daff, thanks for both suggestions. I have not come across the 'comfort' plasters. And, please forgive my ignorance, but what is copydex. It may be something I use, but know it under a different name. |

Julia how about some of the double sided tape used to hold up stapless/ backless bras? Think Debenhams and Primark sell it. |

You might find one of those gel *comfort* plasters will grip them and keep them in place, Julia... have you tried it? |

I do not have a problem with shoes as any of the above, but would welcome some imput on this. I have two lovely pairs of slingback wedge heeled shoes. However, because I had a bone off the back of each foot as a child, I cannot make the straps stay in place. I have never had a problem with this over the years, just these two pairs, which are 'K' shoes, by Clarks. |

Yes, try 'Shoe Tailor' as they stock a variety of manufacturers and styles. I bought a pair of boots from them a couple of years ago and they are lovely. |

Have you tried The Shoe Tailor? They do a wide (pardon the pun, lol) range of shoes, sandals and boots for the wider foot... including up to EEEE in some ranges. I find then that I only need to go up a size, not 5 sizes, lolol The shoes and boots, in most cases, are quite fashionable, too... they are online, but I get a catalogue as well. |

I have wide feet with high insteps and one has the tendency to swell too .I wear. Fly Flot shoes, boots and sandals and find them great i buy the ones that have the Velcro fittings so can adjust the width according to how much swelling there is . |
