if I have to and apparently I have to have almost 7 weeks off work I need to do summat where I can enjoy the beauty of England and possibly Wales. My first port of call should be my beloved Dudley castle this week ~ my second favourite castle in the world ~ are there any suggestions of more places that may be of interest to me or where I could go ~ if nothing else it keeps me offa here :~}

Would love to add that we have a good number of castles, that I would recommend that you visit.

Alas, it would seem that only England and Wales are your required castles!

Castle rising is a 12th century castle but i do not know much about it, I think the howard family owned it.
What is nice about it is that it is just up the road to sandringham.
