Keith, my darling Mum (76, aka twenty-several) had a health scare the other day. This morning, the doctors told her that there was thankfully nothing sinister. To see her relief was tremendous.
Anyway, it's been a wake-up call for her, to take notice of what her body is telling her, when it tells her (you know what I mean). Maybe that's what your doctor's telling you? Just a thought. I know Mum's older than you, but although the human body is a wonderful thing, I guess we all take ours for granted at times.
Good luck; keep us posted, eh.

Keith sorry to hear you've been grounded, try to use this as a positive for now, have time with your family and also get some advice and make sure you are claiming everything you are entitled to.

The plus side...you can sit and chat to us and keep us cheerful every day....

Keith while you are 'lazing' around at home, get supervising the planting of the veggies...so at least you will eat! ( no not being 'flippant', quite serious...and besides there is nothing in the world to beat taters you have grown yourself :)....)
