tiny 2 month old RHYS BIGGS beaten to death by his crack addict mother and her waste of space boyfriend .
the estranged father took a mobile phone photo of the poor little mite .
found with 13 broken ribs a broken shoulder, and a fractured arm , two f******g months old .
that i'm sorry to say made me cry , ive seen a lot of horors in my life but this beats all of them .
wich also brings to mind the other poor little tot SanamNasvsarka107 injuries at the hands of her mother and boyfriend and this i know before you howl me down is a not so rare occurence yet the courts and social services (who in the main do a good job )still persist in the adage a child is better of with his or hers mother yeah right .
so please spare a thought for those young innocents whose only crime was to be born

Its tragic that no words can describe......but if these people of the child or the children themselves has not been on any register with SS then they are not connected to either case,,,,,,and yes SS do mostly always work in mind that family units are upmost important but in everycase which varies tremendously -best interest of any child is seen as paramount...but often is a case dammed if you do and dammed if you dont..

There is public outcry if its allowed a child remain in a family enviroment who has been harmed by a parent or partner,,,,and theres public outcry if its seen a child would be best removed from one....

ypu know on reflection, the tragic thing is my eldest son and his lovely wife can't have the children they would both dearly love and relish all the love they have on theiir nephews and nieces they would be perfect parents but the adoption system is such a spiders web of red tape and beurocracy , ream upon ream of paper work .
and people like these who in my mind need castrating and sterilising are free to beat poor innocents to death.
yet the judicial system won't proclaim murder which in retrospect it is wether pre meditated or not.

a very touchy thread really, and am open to all opinions, be it whether i agree or not after all we live in a democracy (or do we)

Kay????

Kay???? Report 13 Feb 2009 21:15

Igor,

Yes MH I B would have served full life sentances in my opinion simply for the number of murders they commited ,life would have been given for each one. so serving at least 15-years each account.
But the system has changed since the 60s,when they served at least 25 years for one account.....had it happend a few years before they maybe would have been hanged.

We all abhor any hurt inflicted on any child but sadly till its happened and brought to media attention reports it goes on unheard of.

I don't think anyone would disagree over your opinion of these people who murder their little ones. My daughter and her husband also had problems having children and it broke our hearts to see their desperation. They now have 3 beautiful little ones including twins so we are lucky.

However, not all people in dire straits mistreat their children. Perhaps they don't live in an ideal situation but the children are loved and wanted. I don't believe it's for us to make overall judgements on who should or shouldn't have children.

My main gripe is women who move a man into their home five minutes after they've met them and then leave the child alone with them. This has happened here in Australia too often. The young fellow is often unable to cope with a crying child and under the influence of alcohol or drugs has hurt the little one in their "care".

Any person who can commit these crimes against their children are sick ,evil people.
I am the type of person who is always saying give someone a second chance. But something like this NO SECOND CHANCE.!!!

SueMaid Report 13 Feb 2009 21:41

Be careful, Angie, we might become friends lol. I agree Helen there should be no second chances for people who do these things to children.

I saw Steve Wilkos on TV the other day, interviewing the jailed "mother" of little Lattie McGee, a four-year-old tortured and killed by her boyfriend, and she had some involvement as well. This, I think, was in 1987.

The details are too horrendous to put on here, but bless him, he's at peace now.

I need not say what I think about monsters that do this.

oh my god an ally, thank you god thank you.
seriously though, and this is a basis for a future thread is life for these abhorent crimes a soft option or should we think albeit about bringing back hanging.
whoo before you nail my b****s to the floorboards, do we live in a to liberaljudicial society or should the punishment fit the crime
over to you george your very firsr gr opinion

SueMaid Report 13 Feb 2009 22:12

We had a horrific case here in Aus. where a couple killed the woman's little boy because he kept wetting himself - probably out of fear. They dumped him in a playground not far from their home and then appealed on TV for witnesses. They said he had gone missing from their yard. The woman's 10 y.o. daughter had witnessed the couple beating the little one and discussing what they would do with his little body when they realised he was dead. Just writing about it now after 10 years brings me to tears. The abuse on the little boy doesn't bear thinking about. The boyfriend had moved into the house 6 weeks after meeting the woman. He had been left with the family of 4 children while their mum worked. The other children told a tale of constant beatings and abuse on the little 4 y.o. The couple are still in jail and will be for years to come.

Igor, here's what I think.

I have never read any of your many (self proclaimed) "contraversial" threads before but I've seen you state that these get reported time and time again.

Having read this one I can't help but wonder if you are posting this (even partly) because you're hoping/expecting that someone will find it offensive and report it so you can prove that once again you've been singled out for review.

I may well be wrong l'm just calling it as I see it.

But these aren't amusing little ditties to play silly games with, to use in a study or to support your particular cause. These are real people's lives.

I'm not hiding behind a false name or pressing the review button. I'm stating my opinion.

why on earth should i use the deaths of two tots to further my cause , perhaps if you had read the threads that were deleted instead of condeming , bit like a kangaroo court really guilty before trial .
i do realise that thy may have been deleted before you read them , so please don't judge me on something you have not read (by the way at least you are honest enough to reply with your opinion and leave your name that i do respect and hope we can become cyber friends.

Could I just ask Maria what it is about this thread that leads her to believe that Igor has posted it purely to offend someone.

After all, everyone who has responded has broadly been in agreement with him ........................... and some have even added their own anecdotes.
