*glumly* haven't even got my blue badge yet... leave alone the rest of the DLA, by the time the pesky thing arrives I'll be fit enough to run the Marathon..... and my heating has been on almost constantly cos for the first time in years I am feeling the cold something cruel........ Brrrrrrr!!! |

Yes, sort of.... Scary Mary is on the case... they wrote to my consultant to confirm my diagnosis.... and he passed it straight to Mary to deal with..... and she filled it in for me in the first place, anyway..... so she reckons I'll hear fairly soon, lol! |

wmsl BC......... I have triple layers of everything plus a thermal camouflage survival blanket (courtesy American Marines, bless them.... I sent them Cadbury's Heroes in a shoebox every week) and a 15 tog duvet.... then get too hot for a while and start stripping off.... and then freeze half to death again........ I am wrapped in super king sized duvet off our bed at the moment.......... well, the main heating is due to go off in half an hour, so I need to stock up on heat, lolol And a woolly hat on, cos my head gets cold, lololol |

Have you got names that are near the front of the alphabet as with my initial I am always near the end - having said that my winter fuel payment went in very early on. Still waiting for the £60 tho |
