Morning all
Thanks for the tea Marilyn, I always pass on bickies. But still can't loose any weight. Going back to Dr next Tuesday see if they will redo the thyroid tests as I am sure it is not right. My hair is thinning on my head and lost most of it everywhere else, ie legs arms and underarms and eyebrows too.
Raining this morning. So plasters on my heels and rainmac on when I walk to my friend for tea and a chat. Most miserable.

my first attempt to write on here vanished.
Linda I have to have a thyroid blood test done every 6 months to check the level. I lost a lot of my hair when I started the cancer injections it lost the luster look and went grey then when I stopped the injections it has started to get a shine to my hair and my hair is growing dark brown.
It is a very dull old day again not a good forcaste for the day. I have to go and get my feet doen today so hope the rain holds off till I get back. dont fancy getting soaking wet.
I wonder how Mo got on at her Darts match ? let us know Mo.
seems strange to think we go to bed as Marilyn gets up and visa versa
still she has good weather luvcky her.

Hi Linda
yes it has started to rain not heavy at the moment but I dont hold out much hope.
Just having a nice cup of tea. made a stew for dinner thought I might need it. It got very cold last night I went to bed at 11 and was shivering. woke at 4 and laid reading for an hour before dropping off again

Got damp walking to friends, but she brought me home.

Youngest popped in for a coffee earlier, ended up massaging her Dad's back as he is achey.

Waiting for my advisor to pick up more wretched paperwork, doubt it will help with more work though.
