Well,the television licence was canceled yesterday and the community tax.We did not bring her stuff back the other night as the police could not make it.We went last night although the police could not make it we phoned them when we got there as emergency.Daughter put her key in the lock and she had changed the locks again.Police pushed it in.Only she was in all cosy.Smoking in the living room(in tenancy no smoking)She told daughter she had packed up all her stuff and not her son.She even had daughters washing machine on.My eldest daughter stopped that and threw all the clothes on the floor dripping wet.Chucked all her stuff out of the fridge freezer and left it on the side.My daughter went through all her stuff and she kept asking the police to stop her.They said they cant as she should not be there.Evil told me she had a place to move into in 2 days time????????Dont think so as she had all her christmas decorations up.Then when we took washing machine she said she had one being delivered next tuesday.Told her not at this address she wont.She got on the phone to her big man hubby (woman beater) and her son that never called to see us.We were there over a hour and they never turned up.On way home my daughter phone landlord and he went berserk about her son breaking the tenancy agreement(she had also dismantled the smoke alarm)changing the locks again and packing my daughters stuff up.He said he was going straight to court this morning for an eviction. Oh well done Annie, it is so good to see bullies beaten. I hope they get thrown out quickly. Although i suppose they will then claim they are homeless and will be re-housed. I am pleased that your daughter has got all her possessions back. Sad he relationship broke up but she truly is better off away from him and his awful family.

Well done Annie, and bet your daughter felt good chucking her stuff about for a change.

I don't think they will be considered homeless as they weren't supposed to be there and seemed to have voluntarily left their previous place to move in with son.

Well had a phone call a little while ago and they all have to be out of the flat tomorrow.Her ex boyfriend has been ringing her and been very nice.Think he was too thick to see what was going on.Daughter has 2 friends staying over tonight.They are all off night clubbing so my house is buzzing as they are all getting ready now.Think she is very hurt but she is getting on with her life. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. I'm very pleased that you brought your daughter up to be a strong woman who would stand up for herself.

It will hurt, but his betrayal will mean that she will heal so much quicker. Now she can get on with having the fun she deserves at her age. A good man will come along in time.

Boyfriend has probably been manipulated and dumped upon all his life by the evil old trout. I expect he had hoped he was finally escaping it at last. She is probably exerting huge psychological pressure on him,as she always has,he thinks that is normal.

As for the woman's partner being a wife beater. You have hardly met her and you wouldn't mind giving her a swift upper cut I am sure.He lives with her.

Good news Annie, hope your daughter and her friends enjoyed their night out and she won't be sucked in to take the boyfriend back, altho I do feel a bit sorry for him too, with a mother like that what chance does he have of a normal life. She has now lost him his home and his girlfriend and he will probably, if working, be the one to have to lost any money he put into the flat and find money to get them a new place. He should look for a room in a shared house where she can't move in and leave her to get on with it.
