hi all l feel a little better today but still feeling very tired must be painkiller working on me eva

As a fellow sufferer I sympathise.
I find a dose of Vick Sinex (the one in the pump bottle) helps clear it, but don't overdo it. Plus painkillers.
A hot shower or sniffing steam is also supposed to help.

Oh Eva. Feel sorry for you. Sinus problems run in our family, and it can cause such bad headaches.

I find menthol crystals in hot water with a towel covering your head is very good.

Also Olbas Oil helps.
