Oh Eva. Feel sorry for you. Sinus problems run in our family, and it can cause such bad headaches.

I find menthol crystals in hot water with a towel covering your head is very good.

Also Olbas Oil helps.

As a fellow sufferer I sympathise.
I find a dose of Vick Sinex (the one in the pump bottle) helps clear it, but don't overdo it. Plus painkillers.
A hot shower or sniffing steam is also supposed to help.

I'm so glad you went to the Doctors, sinus problems are so painful, but at least you know it's nothing more serious.

I've put warm, not hot, waterbottle on my sinus before now, for me it seems to loosen anything and allow it to drain away..

Hi eva......glad you have had a good outcome. I suffer with sinus and it always takes me a few days before it dawns on me what it is..............also affects my ears to the point that I have now lost the hearing in one. Take care of yourself........You will be feeling great in another day or two
