I agree, dont move, make them take you to court, with all its publicity. Local MP should be told, and County Councillor for your ward. I did this years ago when our benefit was stopped for no apparent reason. It was very quickly put right, with full apologies. Other help can be got at citizens advice centre. Al else fails, lets get up a petition for her. Jean |

oh dizzy, bless you, i'm welled up with tears, could't imagine what i would do if i was in that position, sadest thing is that the little sweetheart girl is so frightened of her daddy, because he looks different to when he first went in hospital, if there is a god why does he do this? it seems so unfair |

Wendy, I'd suggest contacting the Daily Mail. That Council should be named and shamed. What a terrible situation for the poor woman to be placed in! My wishes are with the family at this time. |

Wendy the council tried this when my mum died, she didnt have a disabled bungalow but a council house which she had brought us all up in, the day after my mum had died we found someone in her back garden trying to have a look inside the house as the council told her that she woulld be allocated it once it was cleared of my mums belongings. As you can imagine we were not happy about this. We went to see someone in the council and they said we had to clear the house out within a week, however we went and saw our local MP who was disgusted with this behaviour and we were then given as much time as needed as long as the rent was kept up to date. |

she does have family, she has had a very unsettled childhood, family spread all over the place, father and mother split and siblings went there own way she has her 15 year old sister living with her, to look after the little girl, she is my daughters friend, so i arranged with school for her to have a part time school hours so she can help her sister, she has her home work sent via my daughter. she and my daughter both leave school on tuesday. well im off to the council on monday i can't rest till i help this poor woman, i have just been sent the telephone number for the councillor for the area in which we live in. |

Just make sure she does not move out voluntarily. If she is made homeless they are obliged to re-home her, especially as she has a little one. |

Typical of the world we live in, things are so wrong when this can happen to people who have done nothing wrong, except get sick. Shame she even told them her hubby was coming home for his last days. |
