	yes i'm addicted, now i can understand my teenage daughter chatting away all night on msn its so enjoyable, but it does get you in the neck, shoulders, back and bum! chris x

	Hi Christina, Oh my word, lower back, numbness top of spine! Caz, (passes tissue), I work full long, find myself on here before I go, when I get home! The house! Mind you, son moving out (even when here, he's not if you know what I mean, always in his room), OH works away all time, if lucky might see him Fri pm-Sun l'time, so GR has been brill for me.

	hi ss, my oh works shifts so im on my own most evenings like you say teenagers in rooms until they come down to raid the fridge so im really enjoying chatting on here, colin - you could try the deep heat dont think anyone's gonna offer you a NBM numb bum massage! chris x
