Thanks Helen, will try. Try this, special type of massage can use on back, arms ...

Using thumbs, (middle bit), start from base of spine, hop up back.
Drag both back down (medium pressure)
Should feel soothed, nice tingling sensation

Another one:

Using middle of thumbs

'draw' small heart on back
Repeat, middle size heart around it
Repeat, large heart around that

Move up back repeat steps 1-3

Can do this to myself, friends love these massages, really take away aches pains. I have degenerative back disease, abs wonderful.
