Hi Mary, and Julie,
Mine says buy credits, what I want to do is update my card details as I will be on holiday when my renewal is due, it looks like if I fill this in they will take £5 from me for credits.

If its not showing on your page then i'd say its not due just yet, as it comes up about a month before you are due

Go into your account and see what date it says

Carol 430181 Report 14 Apr 2008 15:50

Hi Julie,
That is exactly the problem, I will be away for 3 weeks so the renewal notice will come while I am away and they do not have up to date bank details, don't want my membership to lapse as I have been here since 03

This is from the FAQ section

I have opted for auto-renewal but I have changed my card.

I'm afraid that we don't currently have a facility whereby you can update your credit card prior to your renewal upgrade payment being automatically taken.

However, your auto-renew payment is taken from whichever card you last paid to upgrade with. You can go to the site now and make a payment to renew via the 'Upgrade' link on your homepage. You can then enter the details from your new card. The upgrade on your account will then be renewed from the expiry date (or from the payment date if your upgrade has already run out) and that card will be used for your auto-renewal payment next time.

Exantly Penny, when you go to homepage cannot find to renew via the 'Upgrade link, only place I can find for card details is on Pay Pal where they want you to buy credits.

Think I have lost the plot completely.

Carol 430181 Report 14 Apr 2008 16:11

Julie,
It is the 20th May, just saw you mentioned they normally inform you a month before, if so I may just make it. Do you thank you can then change bank details.

My renewal with new card details last week was one year for £9.95 too and I have been on continuous membership since I joined in 2003
