Member Since: May 2007 Posts: 4,621 Send Message	I am sorry to say that "without prejudice" lol Delia Smith's recipes do not always work. In fact my sister knows someone who is an outstanding cook and tried one of her recipes and it failed. She wrote a letter to Delia and she agreed that the recipe in the book did indeed not work after she tried doing herself! Tina xx

	Tina Think it was a case of my hands giving way and cake jumping out me hands. Both me and hubby went to catering college so usually get things right but even we have some real howlers lol
