On the BBC one morning this week a lady said a lot of bad behaviour is due to frustration as a high percentage of children are dyslexic and the government need to train teachers to help them to read and write this is happening in test schools. |

I'm in Australia so can't really comment on your politics etc. but you know that the civil rights people would have a field day with this. How about bringing back National Service? A stint in the armed forces probably wouldn't do them any harm and will give them life skills - then again would you put a gun in their hands? |

What would our opinions be if we had troubled kids. Would we all send them abroad willingly? I doubt it. |

treat it for what it is - another gimmick to give the illusion that something is being done. It's a well trodden path - if there is a problem, publicise some research from someone who has been paid a fortune to produce some 'spin' and call it an answer. How many times have we heard 'research has shown that.....'? |

I dont think its always the parents fault. Just another way of passing the buck. Maybe some of these kids needs help but where is it? Oh dear government overspending yet again. |

I can see both sides of it. But if we deport them is that just shifting the problem rather than fixing it? |

If they send kids abroad maybe they should send some of the parents with them. |

Has anyone actually asked the countries they're supposed to be sent to if they want them there? |
