I agree with you Rose, they all deserve our respect. I am proud of them for what they do. they have to go there despite whether they believe they should be there. And half the time they don't have the equipment they need for their own protection. So, yes we should be proud of them. well done lads and lasses.

Our Military should be able to wear their uniforms with pride, and shame on those who behaved in such an abominable way.

just to let you both know, I deleted my previous thread on this subject not because of any differing opinions on it (which are of course everyone's right to state) but because it was taken completely 'off topic' by one person who had their own 'agenda' .I thought it best to delete and start again.
