Sorry Linda I know nothing about him apart from who he married. I know its not much help., and pretty inconsiderate of him to die 3 years before the next census could of made my life a lot easier. |

Tilda That will be him as the baptism date is what I have as birth. Let me explain I have been helped on hubbys side by an elder gentleman who has never used internet and is stuck on his fathers side so as he has given me so much information I am trying to help him, hence details are sketchy Dawn |

If Tilda has the right one then this is his parents in 1871, still no sign of Joshua though. A request for earlier censuses on his parents might have him with them. 1871 England Census Benjamin Gravestock 1813 Great Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, England Head Great Gaddesden Hertfordshire Rachel Gravestock 1808 Great Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, England Wife Great Gaddesden Hertfordshire Rachel Gravestock 1853 Great Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, England Daughter Great Gaddesden Hertfordshire Samuel Gravestock 1837 Great Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, England Son Great Gaddesden Hertfordshire Great Gaddesden comes under the registration district of Hemel Hempstead. |
