Carley I'm back! Do you have the marriage cert? If so, what was the occupation of the father? Rose

Rose Sorry I hadn't seen your reply, opps! GEORGE HENRY PERRY married FRANCES HENRIETTA FLETCHER, april 10th 1875, Parish Church, New Brompton, Kent. GEORGE HENRY PERRY was a NAVAL ENGINEER, age 19. His father also GEORGE PERRY was also in the Royal Engineers, but I can not read his title. FRANCES was also 19, her father DAVID FLETCHER was PAYMASTER POLICE. Hope this helps, sorry again for the delay Carley

He may just not have been registered. My grt grandfather was born between April &September of 1847,have verified this with marriage cert, death cert & age on 1881 census which narrows his birth right down to those months. But hes just not in the gro records. I have searched these several times at LRC and no show. It wasnt compulsary to register till mid 1870,s Shirley
