Please bear in mind that the Bovingdon entry is submitted, while the Chipperfield one is from parish records. |

Have checked on map of Great Britain and can see that Bovingdon and Chipperfield are only about 2 miles apart as the crow flies. If you look for Hannah Dancer in 1851 she gives her place of birth as Bovingdon as well. Then in 1861 she gives is as Chipperfield. Joy |
