If you think that someone should appear on the 1939 Register because they’ve died, you can request online a copy of their death certificate from the General Register Office (GRO), included in the Useful links section on this page. A certificate costs £9.25.*********OUT OF DATE. Certs cost £11.00

The closed records are nothing to do with any family rift.
Most families on the 1939 Register have one or more closed records.

It's purely whether or not the person has died, and if they have, whether or not the death has been picked up or notified.

Eileen and Reggie Bloyce probably had a daughter, born 1942 in Harwich reg district, mmn Clarke.

I don't see any other sign of her.

Sheila seems to have married in 1951 and is on ER to 2011

Can't see any definite sign of John Daniel apart from his birth - but there are lots of John D Clarks who married in various places.

This one might be a slight possibility, as his family were in Southend in 1939, and his mother Eileen died in Southend;

I don't see the deaths of either of them - both born 1925.

Wow the photograph is a picture of John my mother in laws half brother ,, we never knew what happened to him he . We assumed he died in the war !!! Well done . Very happy
