Ah, well, in that case, ignore the 1999 death !

If the marriage to PAUL is relevant, Dorothy jnr's death should be in that name, unless she married again

But if the ERs in the 1960's are her, in the name of Gerard-Smith, perhaps they separated or divorced and she reverted to her maiden name.

The woman on the ERs at 5 Abingdon Mansions is the same one who married Anthony Paul, per the 1957 travel record.

Can't find any birth info for Dorothy jnr

Gerard and Dorothy travelled to Singapore several times
He was listed as a civil servant

Wonder if the children were born abroad

Her father went to Singapore in 1918, and returned in 1925 - but travelled alone.

No records of him returning in between those dates, though that doesn't mean he didn't.
