You would have to buy the Gerard-Smith/Paul marriage cert to be 100% sure if it's the correct one or not - but given the unusual name, yes, it seems almost certain that's her.
The woman who married Anthony Paul was born 1919 - per the 1957 travel record posted earlier.
It does appear, however, that the marriage didn't last, as she was using her maiden name in the 1960s ERs, and Anthony isn't listed with her.

(The marriage cert would give the bride's father's name.).

You say that Ronald died in 1992 - where?

You refer to a wife named Elizabeth- what is your source?

How many times was he married? Do you know any names other than the possible Elizabeth?

The record of Ronald died 1992 with wife Elizabeth is on the memorial stone that includes the ref to Helen died1950
