Hi Tess,

Do you know whether Marie Wright nee Armstrong stayed in the Northumberland area? I have found a death for a Marie Wright who died in 1953, aged 74, this would make it that she was born c1879.

Just a thought - do you think that George & Marie actually married? Maybe they decided to live together and not marry, although Marie may have changed her name!!!
