Sydney Crabtree is definitely your great x2 grandfather. Born when? Are you saying that he may be the sibling to this Jonathan Crabtree born 1820 Hebden Bridge, although the one I have found is born Heptonstall 1821 son of a William and Ellen. Is this what you are trying to prove. Sorry if I have got this wrong. - jle
