I have a William Smailes b1831, mother Jane Aynsley b1806, father Thomas Smailes b1811. I have a marriage for William twice first to a Catherine Walby and then to an Isabella Mudd. Could anyone please find out if this is true. Thank you

	Not neccessarily....perhaps her uncle was her mothers brother or perhaps he was her fathers sisters husband,
