PM from Lynn today confirms that she has been in touch with Carl via Facebook .
Beverly did marry for a second time.
Lynn has contacted her, though hadn't received a reply at the time she PM'd me.

She has only married once.

The first surname change was due to her mother ;-) ;-)

Have sent an updated message to Lynn Margaret link to Beverly Spalding on facebook, remarried, but a comment on there
clearly gives her previous married name.

Have PM'd the address and phone number from information.com to Lynn.

Have tried to access the information.com sites but won't allow me access. Also traced sibling through fb but no answer as as yet. Thanks for all your efforts anyway. Lynn <3 :-S

The son Carl and his wife are on FB found via offspring, I will pm the page. if you get in touch maybe they will have some info, be discreet. There is a possible friend link to US on there which seems to suggest the Oklahoma link is likely.

Thanks to all for the information received. Its a lot to take in at the moment but will put it to good use in time. I have returned to Genes Reunited recently having acquired more information of late due to a passing on of two elderly relatives. I never had the privilege of meeting my cousin Beverly Goulden/Lewington, married name Spalding but hoping to trace her.

A tree on Ancestry has info about the brothers (no more than I've posted above), but the 'owner' has also made the mistake of latching on to the Wigan marriage, as she has incorrectly recorded the 1960 birth with the additional 'e' in the forename.

As the lady is deceased , posting these does not infringe on her privacy
