Once I understood Mark's situation (I refuse to call it a problem) as a responsible 'people manager' I could support and help him...As you may know we were all made redundant in 2006 but Mark has landed a role working with youngsters with learining difficulties and is enjoying this new challange....who wrote the book, I will see if I can pick it up from the local library

So pleased David is getting on well but as you say if there is something he doesn't understand or unsure of he must ask....when I had my member of staff with the same condition, once i got him to understand and accept that its okay to ask, Mark had no further problem

Ah they are nice not too big either. I got offered one a few month back but I have enough with Till couldn't cope with a pup now this one wasn't very old but the owners are out at work all teh time now and didn't think it fair to keep it.
Are they both little girls.
Oh yes pups like chewing hair for some unknown reason better a little westie than a great big clumsy German Shepherd our Elsa and Beauty used to do things like that. Beauty used to chew my nails!!! yuck.
