	hugs and love to you carol it must of been a hard and emotional day for you and im sure you were worn out by the end of the day i know richard would of been with you as you were sending so many thoughts and so much love out to him, he wouldnt have been able to stay away from your side, i hope this gives you warmth to heal the pain, xxx

	Hi Sis, what a tribute to Richard, to have so much raised in his memory for the Air Ambulance. I was thinking about you yesterday as you know, and glad you were able to see the helicopter and the way things work. I am sure Richard is as proud of you and Bob for helping the Air Ambulance, as you are proud of him for being the kind of person who was and still is loved so much by so many.
