Also any previous offences will be taken into consideration lol Thats my understanding of it, I may be wrong of course...

I know people are supposed to be adults on here and able to curb their own behaviour but I wonder sometimes, and like in all areas of life, some choose not to obey the law. If it improves things for the boards then I welcome it. Time will tell.
