enjoying reading all your lovely replies, thank you so much - will take him to the vet tomorrow or Saturday. By the way Liz he only likes tuna in brine - won't eat it in oil!! John Wests usually - he's proper spoilt. |

These days the dried foods that are available, even the cheaper ones are fine so long as your cat drinks water. Its hard to guage if you have a cat that goes outside as some cats prefer rain water. |

Usually when cats who are normally clean start doing this it is because of a urine infection (as already said)... |

how nice of you to ask Jean. He is fine thank you. To begin with I immediately stopped giving him tuna in brine and replaced it with Whiskas pouches - he loves it and is asking for it all the time!!! I bought a spray from Pets at Home and sprayed everywhere he had been that he shouldn't have been. I am a coward at taking him to the vet [he is insured by the way!] so I left it a day or two to see how things went and hey ho, he has been a good boy ever since! I am so very grateful to you all for caring so much and for helping me. Caddy sends his thanks as well!! |
