I'm very well Lisa,Thankyou...staying with friend's at the mo who have load's of goodies left, including christmas cake, which I love and would be happy to eat all day long including breakfast !!!! but I'm very proud of myself for not succumbing...not sure how long I can hold out though lol

Hi Lisa,

Just got back from my 45 minutes swim. I was the only one in the pool for awhile, which was quite nice. I've decided to go to the chemist in morning and use their scales which will probably be accurate, and then I can keep the print out as a guide.

I would love to be able to go swimming again, I haven't been since I was 15.
I always keep the print outs when I use the scales in chemist.
