	I'm very well Lisa,Thankyou...staying with friend's at the mo who have load's of goodies left, including christmas cake, which I love and would be happy to eat all day long including breakfast !!!! but I'm very proud of myself for not succumbing...not sure how long I can hold out though lol

I've decided to go to the chemist in morning and use their scales which will probably be accurate, and then I can keep the print out as a guide. Anne
