Mine did that and I had to call a plumber in and he replaced a bit (cant rember which bit) but the bill came to £75 arghh |

Tried it and it is still being a so and so! When I pull the ball up a bit it stops? Just worried as I am out all afternoon. You are right Taff about doing it ourselves, I am usually good at the old DIY |

CG, take the lid off cistern and you will find a screw looking thing, at the end of the ball, just adjust that and it should stop the overflow! |

It might have a build up of limescale on the ball valve bit in the cistern. Have a look, it will be obvious. Good luck |

Once flushed and the tank bit fill it drips constantly until flushed again and drip, drip again. |
