This is exacly the point I got to Errol when I had a new pc. But as I still had old one I re opened the photos and changed the names from for example DSCN 1129 to DSCN 1129.jpeg even thought they were saved as jpgs and it worked for me. |

I can see all the files listed but on about 4 files the pictures cannot be seen, you get the picture number eg DSCN 1129 and jpeg image and size, but no preview. |

Maddie you are right in what you say - jpg is the file extension (tells windows what sort of file it is). It comes from the acronym jpeg which stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group and is the picture or photographic equivalent of an mp3 file - I really should get out more! lol |
