All our oldies have passed,but still never spoke of family,all I knew from my father was that he thought pop was an only child.that's it never talked of his mother,but I did find out he was an only chikd out of wedlock and mother married 9 years later.found a lady who's father remembered her and mentioned no children from marriage devout catholic and no mention of my grandpop so I am assuming he may have been reared by his grandparents.she doesn't know much but did say her brother was a family tree nut,to get in touch with him but he is not on computer.kept the phone no but feel uncomfortable about ringing.but I know it will drive me nuts as I don't even know where their lived or buried,can't find any death records of them either.the lady and brother 's father was nephew of the man my grt gran married,so that is the thread to follow,very lucky to find her but she said she not to interested,I'm hoping my gentle pushing will encourage her as she is the only connection to grt gran

dont give up it'll turn up eventually
I didnt start research till all older family members had died so got no-one to ask
still am discovering new facts all the time

I'm not a granny yet ,old enough ,but pleased my boys haven't any babies yet as I think they are too young yet
I like animals,I used to rear pigs love them, very intelligent.I have 2 dogs,not much of a dog lover though,and a moggy.Must be plenty of secrets in our family ,we are quite a distant family,but no one seems to know anything,and as we are getting older we are becoming interested but can only get to grt grt grandfather,very frustrating,no record of him. obviously born Ireland or England same with grt grt grandmother.I expect because such common names there are hundreds of them but not our line so far.

it's 8.15 in the evening here just got home from work,and it's wet wet wet,but no complaints as we need the rain.Give me abit of background about yourself.where are you,what do you do ,family ect.I live in queensland Australia,widowed for long time 2 sons 20 and 22 came back home ,always coming and going.Haven't got a bloke had a couple of boyfriends,they didn't last long never found the one,and couldn't be bothered now lol,we had a chat about a week ago ,sorry can't even remember on what subject,ooh yes I do.I think . bit of a sticky beak like to know what's going on.

Baileys is original...but its a big bottle

Son is now 26...went through glasses as if they where disposable...he has left home...well he moved his bed out!...now sleeps in the spare room 3 nights a week...came home for the Christmas period...thought I was going to have a couple of days peace before going back to work myself on 7th!..he was due to go today & oh has gone back to work taking Molly Dog with him.

Morning Easter Bunny...all was fine till my son trod on his laptop!...6 months ago he sat on one!...first was replaced by my insurance company...but am not hopeful that they will be willing to replace/pay for repair of second!
