Commiserations TW, I also have a dose of the lurgy. Properly called constipação here, as in blockage of the nose! Generally gets called The Gripe (pronounced greep) which is the flu. Feel pretty rotten, pretty much lost my appetite and my sense of taste. Having to rely on OH to do the cooking, but I have to guide him through it. I have told him he has to learn how to do a bolli tonight, will give him the book!!

Honestly Teresa if you have a laptop - go to bed now. Take up a large (non alcoholic) drink and you can GR on your laptop or go to sleep when you need it. Get lots of rest you dont want it when you go back to work.

Maddie, that must be what was wrong yesterday afternoon, going round shopping with OH I felt terribly sick on and off, though it went off by last night.
