Quote:"Two CDs by Aled Jones and one by Michael Ball, a small hammer..."

is the hammer for use on the CDs? lol.

I guess my pressies say I'm a conflicted bookish type that likes to investigate crimes while listening to music and eating chocolate. Especially since I got everything that I asked for. pmsl.

Oh, dear, Sally! Don't think I can afford to lose any more weight - last time I went to give blood two different members of staff wanted to check that I was heavy enough. (That's what I get for being a midget!)

I got pyjamas, too - they're a size 10-12 but I'm a funny size (10 on the waist and 12-14 on the hips) so I'm thinking of doing some alterations.

Hazel.....classy presents for a classy lady....

chocolate and toothpaste Kate.....that is a slimming tip.....eat the chocolate then brush the teeth, supposed to stop you craving the stuff......or is it the other way round.....

Ann....shows you are serious about genealogy, like jewellery and your husband thinks you look nice and slim......like men with good voices, very handy with tools and are creative, ditto the flower press and blank cards....M&S vouchers either for clothes, or maybe you are a foodie.....smellies, cos we all get them.......got Ghost this year....

From my OH I had the upgrade for FTM, a pendant, a nightie size 8/10 (I wish, he reckons it was on the wrong hanger so now have to join the queue at M&S to exchange!!), Two CDs by Aled Jones and one by Michael Ball, a small hammer and other tools for craft and a book on digital photography from son & DiL I had earrings and a book and photo paper, from daughter I had lots of small presents including craft stuff for card making, from sister M&S vouchers, from friends, smellies and a flower press and blank cards. I guess I did really well and people know me well too as all my gifts were applicable to what I do.

I got loads of chocolate and also some toothpaste, among other things - they don't really add up, do they?

I did get some bath stuff and a body polisher (which is really handy because the one I've got is three years old and looks like the cat has had it) - is somebody telling me to wash more, I wonder?
